Guy seems to be in Florida and writes good english, has another he is willing to sell me through ebay (not anything weird) any ideas if it's still a scam?

In the photos I can't see any holes punched in the wall in the background, so he hasn't been getting high on his own supply. Probably no reason not to trust him.

Only one neutral rating and the rest positive, seems fine to me. Worst case scenario, eBay will always get you your money back if it's not what you ordered.
