^Program which you install and when it detects japanese on a webpage will tell you what it says I have wanted to read japanese stuff on the net but I can't find anything related to this program please help me out.

Nope. You can try using online converters but it wont be the same if you actually knew how to read Japanese. Just google webpage translations or something to that effect.

Ok thanks I thought there was where it gets japanese characters you roll ove rit with the mouse and it puts the phrase in english.
