Is there a way to extract Mii's from a tomodachi collection save?

On my Wii U I have a VC inject of tomodachi collection and I was wondering if I could take the Mii's from there and put them on the Wii U Mii Maker.

Never looked at the save but, assuming it's practical to make an extractor, it would only be an alternative for #1:

This is basically a 2 step problem:
- Get your Wii-compatible Miis out
- Convert them to 3DS/WiiU format and get them into the WiiU

The WiiU natively does part 2 if you can get them in Vwii, to do the former the easiest yet tedious way would probably be to extract the save, flash it to your legally owned original game (or additional copy on flashcard), and use the official (v)Wii transfer function, I think...
