Hacking Homebrew Is my switch banned? I can still update my games

It's been roughly 2 months since I connected my switch (cfw sysnand) to Nintendo servers and ever since then I have received this error; yet I can still update the games just fine.
For instance, I just update the GB NSO emulator yesterday.

I haven't found anything by searching this error code online
