I know that using e.g. BubbleUPNP it is possible to stream media on an Android device to PS3. But is there any way to stream something that is online? For example, playing a video on the Disney+ app on Android, and allowing that to stream to the PS3? I haven't been able to find information about this in particular.

If it's possible to completely mirror the Android display output to PS3 that would automatically allow this - my Android device doesn't support TV-out so I can't do it by physical cables.

no because you need a modern browser for do it (web video caster). only way is download a video on smartphone and try to start the video via bubbleupnp during the download (use a downloader with 1segmentation).
probably is possible do a plugin on movian for use webvideocaster...
or buy a clone dongle for use mirrorscreen via wifi direct (or mirascreen if tv and smartphone is on the same router)
