Recently, as most people already know, you can sign up for an NDID.

I read the NDA, but must of either forgotten or didn't see anything about screen shotting, tutorials, etc. While I know that there was probably something in there about some of these things, I can't put two and two together. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me whether or not I will be in legal trouble for explaining things about the SDK or even taking screenshots

Thanks

Breaking this NDA does not mean breaking the law.
If you decide to post such a tutorial on GBAtemp, we will allow it.

However we cannot guarantee that there won't be consequences when it comes to your agreement with Nintendo. I personally have no idea what these consequences might be.

well NDA says it all (non-disclosure) i.e dont reveal any details about anything in the SDK unless you are expressly given permission to do so

from what i have read the only place you are allowed to ask/post help regarding the SDK is the nintendo Dev forums

What's the point of "confirming" games you know will get released. Like Nintendo "confirming" a Zelda sequel. "We can't be sure Nintendo is working on a new Zelda game, or if a new Zelda game will ever be released, until they officially confirm it."
