Hi guys, my friend has just had a new 8GB Ipod Touch, i had to get it online for him yesterday and he's loving downloading free apps off the App Store, but he's now bugging me to see if i can get the things you have to pay for on the App Store, for free so now i'm coming to you guys to ask the same thing. I'd like to know ifit's possible, and if so, then how?

Yeah it's possible but it's just flat out piracy which we don't support. Just give him an online tutorial and leave him with cydia, i've found some great apps for free there.

Meh, you'd be surprised how expensive Cydia stuff is. You need to add some swashbuckling repositories to get anything really good.

This thread is basically a request for warez sources, so I am going to close it.

And to the people whos posts I trashed/edited, you should know by now that naming a warez site and saying "google it" is against the rules and not acceptable. If I see that again I will issue warns to you.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
