I found a fake gbatemp

Hello, I was browsing around the internet, when something caught my eye,
*SNIP*The Independent Video Game Community. The site looks very similar to Gbatemp, but you can tell something isn’t right.
Can someone tell me what this is?

They're sites designed to siphon traffic from GBAtemp.
We have known about these and others.

Proxies made to steal ad revenue and/or bypass region restrictions (GBAtemp is blocked in China for example)
The staff are well aware.

It's unlikely that those sites care about people's account information.
