Should be done since a few hours. What's the result?D o you get a green light sometimes? If not, check your SP1/SP2 soldering.

If it's training properly it should be pulsing yellow with occasional green flashes, not blinking yellow. Also if everything's working properly, training should finish with a green light and boot to hekate within 10 minutes (for me it's usually 2-3 minutes).
Usually it's a connection issue, check your dat0 value with a multimeter first. Also don't forget to solder point B to the back of the motherboard. If it's not soldered chip will blink yellow forever.

fluke 183 multimeter

diode mode red probe on ground =

A =0.5v
b=0.4v
c= 0.4v
d=0.6v

diode mode black probe on ground =

a=0.7v
b=2.5v
c=0.7v
d=open line

It blinks red green(yellow?) For 5-10 seconds then starts pulsing yellow with no green flashes.

I'm having the exact same issue. Had it professionally installed and he says he checked all of the points. It blinks yellow, I'm really sad.

I'm going back tomorrow, any advice on what to check or what info I can provide further? The power was disconnected accidently while initial training, could that cause a problem?

That's the problem, it should be around 0.7V. Check your D point on motherboard. Always measure with black on ground.

No, if the chip didn't finish training it will reset the next time it powers on and start training again.
It's usually DAT0/C point and your modder probably didn't reflow the chip. Ask him to get the emmc chip reflowed so the adapter is firmly attached to the solder ball, instead of friction fit.

Thank you. Is there something else I can ask specifically? Values? if some small short may have happened like the crazy capacitor solders I've seen in some videos?

Nothing much, just ask him to reflow the emmc chip. Value for DAT0 should be around 0.7V. Since you paid for the service just ask him to do the job properly.

FIXED. It was the emmc chip. Of course it was it always is. When he checked it the pressure of the pin must have read a false positive./
