Hacking Huge R4i Save Dongle Problem!

Hello, I recently purchased an R4i Save Dongle and downloaded the firmware along with it. I have both of the "drivers" installed on my computer, and I am testing out the product on my Pokemon White Version.

Here's the problem. I place PWV in the dongle (attached to computer via USB), and select PC -> Card and choose a save file I made with Pokemon Generator. It seems to download onto the card like normal, and says the process was successful. Then I take the cartridge out of the dongle and put it in my 3DS and open up Pokemon White and..... bam. Nothing. An option to create a new game. No save file.

I've tried with a different save file (different Pokemon/levels/PPUps), and still, no save file is created.

I tried quickly making a new save and doing Card -> PC, and it created another 512KB save file with the Pokemon I had at the time (none). So that worked I guess.

tl;dr R4i Save Dongle won't work with Pc->Card, but works fine with Card->PC.

I am posting here because I need help and any ideas/assistance would be greatly appreciated on how to fix this.

Maybe you want to open your dumped saves with an Hex Editor. They are full of "0"'s sometimes.

You've probably heard of this, but try using http://shunyweb.info/convert.php
Upload the save file you're trying to use, and select the format it's currently in. Then, select the format you want it to be (I suggest the R4 .sav option). Try experimenting with different types.

See if that works. I know the save files made with some programs aren't always usable on an actual DS without changing the file type.
