Are you using hactool to extract the xci?

im going to say no as that never came up in anything i have read

So first you need to dump xci then download hactool, place the xci in the hactool folder. Then, drag your xci onto the full_extract xci.bat then drag the nca folder largest in size onto the extract all nca.bat

hmm, i get stopped when i get to custom firmware in the video, i downloaded everything. will launching with payloads be fine?

i always fusee-primary after the system update. just curious if this will still work doing that since i cant launch with custom firmware.

well that was a colossal waste of my time, i followed the video up to the point of finally having the romfs folder with all of the game's data and its empty.
what in the god damn did i miss when putting it through the converter?
i have the .nca files, but none of them extracted to a any folders.

I am having a problem after getting everything done. Including the .bin to .json , I go to drag and drop the .json in file into pkNx and just keep getting the unable to open blah blah blah something with a $ and flipper?
