I was installing WAD's and accidentally selected the Wii Startup Menu WAD. It shows no signs of life other than the disk drive loading up and power light. What can I do? It had Priiloader and BootMii, with a backup.

The only problem With wii backup fusion is I can’t find the wit wbfs tool

It can be done on the command line using the Unix-standard split command. The maximum size is 4294934528 bytes, so this command will do it:

Bash:

split -b 4294934528 game.wbfs

That will create the files xaa and xab, so just rename them to game.wbfs and game.wbf1.
