i will try explain what i have done and i hope someone can help me out from there now....

i did first do this https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-1-(Homebrew)

and then this https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(RedNAND)

then someone told me do this...

You will need to download:
Any CFW (literally anything but RxTools is recommended)
Decrypt9: https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9/releases
Universal Inject Generator: https://github.com/d0k3/Universal-Inject-Generator
FBI.cia: https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI/releases

Download the Universal Inject Generator as a .zip and slap all the files in a folder. Just do it now to avoid confusion later on.
Put Decrypt9's latest update in your /3ds folder on your SD card. It obviously needs a way to launch Homebrew Launcher to work.

Open Decrypt9 (or Decrypt9WIP if that's what it says in the Homebrew Launcher) and dump a file called "hs.app" from emuNAND. Go to "emuNAND File Options" to "Dump Health and Safety".

Got problem with part 1 i dont find ANY at all .app file in the SD card to even dump... so yeap.. what now??

So someone gave you the modified H&S file to inject? Have you injected it? If so, have you tried opening H&S to check if it's worked?

And you dump the hs.app file from D9. It's not there in your sd card to start out with.

Yes because i did not have it.. like i said in the post

like i said u can see in the picture what i got inside and yes No .app file inside the Sd at all

If you injected it, did you even try opening up the H&S app to see if you injected it correctly?
