Hacking Help! With my M3/ram expansion

So, I have 2 GB SD card, an M3 Simply, and a 3 in 1 ram expansion pack. Now, the thing is, I managed to run some GBA games off it. Now, there are strange files on my GBA folder! I checked the size and it says! 4-3 GB! MY SD card is only 2 GB.. What the hell?

Yes.. Rudoplh's tool or something..

*edit it says 3in1 EXPPack Tool .. It has a red V on a yellow background..

Probably just supposed to say 3-4 MB? I dunno. Just redo everything.
