ROM Hack help with multiple parts of file

I downloaded a game file titled ".....Ultimate Update v1 2 1 NSW-VENOM" However, this game file has many parts. From my understanding nsp only has to be one file, so how do I combine them? I am using atmosphere and tinfoil. I posted an example of the file.

Also- what does NSW mean? Does it allude to NSP?

You will need a program like winrar to decompress those files

NSW = Nintendo switch

Edit: if you right click on the file with the .rar extension see if you have the option to extract
