Homebrew [Help]WiiU keeps restarting

Hello, I am using the usa wiiu! One day my wiiu can only enter homebrew_launcher and cannot go back to the wiiu menu. So I just modified the config.txt in the haxchi file. Let it boot into the wiiu menu. after that. I reinstalled haxchi. I think this will work. But my WiiU keeps restarting and stuck in the wiiu menu logo interface, unable to enter the wiiu menu or homebrew_launcher. What should I do to fix my wiiu? Please help me

The recovery menu does not appear

OK. Then like mentioned you need a Rasperry Pi Pico or Zero to use "USB Descriptor Parsing Is Hard (UDPIH)" to recovery your console.

I tried this method. The monitor is black and there is nothing

Best reply in this thread at futher Problems by using UDPIH and recovery menu (latest is v 0.2), its the creater thread: GaryoderNichts - UDPIH
I can only say follow the guide exactly and doubble check everything you do.

In your case related to the source site recovery menu of the developer this could help:

Some Wii U's don't show any TV output, if it hasn't been configured properly before.
If that's the case download the recovery_menu_dc_init file and rename it to recovery_menu.
This build does display controller initialization and might fix the issue.
Note that this build only outputs 480p and has no GamePad output!

It works. I entered the wiiu menu. Now how can I enter HBL？

U cant enter the HBL from there. U need to fix the Haxchi Problem first. Then need to reinstall Haxchi/CBHC by using an exploid again like Browser exploid wich launches the HBL.

Related to tutorial u need first to change the coldboot title. But also dump the syslog and the keys it may be usefull if the Problems further persist.

Set Coldboot Title​

Allows changing the current title the console boots to.
Useful for unbricking CBHC bricks.
Possible options are:
