It means the cable from the SD reader isn't connected properly, or it's damaged. The reader itself is probably okay. Horizon ignores that and defaults to a lower speed. That's why it's working on that.

When I've seen that in the past, it's because the cable isn't fully pushed in. It can come loose.

Yesterday i reopened the switch and cleaned the conectors and reolug the micro sd card reader, same result

To be clear, when you say you've bought a new card reader, do you mean for the micro SD or have you replaced the one inside the Switch?

Format your switch sd card in exfat then re add files and try again

While your disconnecting/reconnecting the cable, check that these 16 points all still look solid.!

Still think the issue is becuase you have archived the files. Place them correctly on sd card and it may just work like it should

Try sd card in ex fat rather then fat 32

It's not a FAT32 / exFAT problem, Hekate will read both. It's a hardware problem as reported by Hekate.
