ROM Hack [Help] Extracting exefs and romfs of DSiWare cia

Just want to ask how to extract DSiWare cia?
I tried using HackingToolkit3DS by @Asia81 but it doesnt extract the contents of DSiWare cia (Its working on decrypted GBA/GBC VC).
I tried using search, but some of the tutorial shows how to get the .nds file only and not the contents of the exefs and romfs.
my plan is to mudify the banner and Long/short name and publisher... hope someone can help me?

DSiWare CIAs don't have exefs/romfs files inside them, theyre literally DSiWare NDS files packed into a compressed file. To extract files, you'll need software compatible with NDS files, such as Tinke.
