i followed this guide to the end, exept installing the NTR cfw
and i have a couple of questions:
1. i have a Luma app, if i launch it i can install luma CFW, should i?
2. what is NTR CFW and is it better than Luma
3. what are the next steps to run downloaded games?

i really appriciate your help, im very scared to brick my console by doing something stupid

Once you have CFW set up, you need to google "FBI" which allows you to install CIAs on your console.

i already have FBI, but how do i know if i have a custom firmware?

Just use something like freeShop. There's no point in dealing with CIAs.

After the guide i got a icon on the home menu, from which i can choose to instal luma 3ds.

That icon is to update Luma3DS to the latest version, not install it. :/

Yes you can download the keys from there. Or you can scan the QR code it gives you in freeShop's settings.

To play .nds games, you need a DS flashcart. And no, there's not other way around that yet.
