Hi GBAtemp, this time, I didn't update my 3DS to 11.1, and stayed on 11.0. As most of you said in my "Any Idea when can 11.0 be BROKEN?" thread that Nintendo might release an update to 11.1, they've done so. I love posting content on Miiverse, and now, I can't access it on 11.0 without updating to 11.1. I tried using ctr-httpwn. ctr-httpwn allows me to access games online (like MK7), but it doesn't allow me to access Miiverse, and gives an error saying I've gotta update my 3DS to the latest FW. Any ideas how to fix this thing up?

That"s weird try with ctr-httpwn again, if no maybe try tomorrow but don"t update. I think you maybe did something wrong since Online Play isn"t yet blocked, did you run ctr-httpwn and then Return to Home Menu from Homebrew Launcher?

Yes, but Online Play still works in 11.0.0-33 without any patch until they make a server change to the new friend list-module.
If you running allright ctr-httpwn maybe it isn"t yet updated for 11.1.0-X if that"s the case you should wait a little time (some hours) until it are.

Maybe, like 5-6 hours or should I check tomorrow? 'Cause I think ctr-httpwn should work for Miiverse as well. Anyway, I've gotta wait for ctr-httpwn to be updated by yellows8.

Tomorrow will be safer to say, what"s needed is the server to be updated so you only will need to try with the same .3dsx file but tomorrow.
Quote from ctr-httpwn GitHub repository:
Future sysupdates
When new sysupdates are released, the yls8.mtheall.com site will automatically determine all of the new version values to use with network services. This may take a little while after sysupdate release to finish, hence the server will return error messages until it's done(which is at the same time that the updatedetails text for the ninupdates report becomes available). When that happens you can use the cached server_config.xml, but that's really only useful if you want to use network services which don't require the new version values immediately(which is mainly/only(?) the nasc friends-server, also used with online play, mainly when friends-server wasn't accessible on your system pre-sysupdate to begin with).

Network-request changes(more than just version values) with network services in the future may cause using those network services with ctr-httpwn to break. This can't be handled automatically at sysupdate release. Depending on what changes, a ctr-httpwn update for those future changes may be required, if just updating the xml isn't enough.

Yeah. That was on the GitHub site that anyone is referred to when installing ctr-httpwn for the first time.

Sadly you need another entry point to can return to the Home Menu, there"s steelhax that"s free on the eShop but sadly you can"t launch the eShop from HANS in 10.4.0-X and higher because PASLR.
So I guess you need to get a gamecard exploit, for games with Online Play in the future you can use ctr-httpwn with games that are compatible with HANS and don"t have updates (HANS can"t use updates).
Unless a way to install Legit CIA"s are publicly launched in the future for 11.0.0-X, you can only get another entry point to can use it without updating.
