It's an app that is like Mario Maker, but makes MegaMan levels. It's pretty cool, and hasn't been DMCA'd yet... I didn't link it because I'm not sure if it would be against the rules... but a google search for it brings it up first link.

Yeah. People stream it too.
Capcom is okay with this. However, put one DDR map and Konami will slit your throat in half.

    At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.
