Hacking Has anyone been successful running picross2 on reinand or rxtools?

I'm on a new 3ds 9.0.0 with reinand and I can't get the picross2 CIA to work. I've read that people with GW have no problems running it but I haven't heard from CAKES or RXTools FW. People that updated the reinand to 9.5 still can't run it.

... Is RXTools as conveniant as Reinand? (FBI to install CIA's, Mset via DS Profile), etc..
