Hacking GMP-Z003 report

A persion who has GMP-Z003 eng showed me his tests.

M3Sakura HB OK ROM OK
R4iRTS(patched) Doesn't startup
YSMenu r4patch for M3 HB NG ROM NG
iSakuReal HB OK ROM NG
nds.m3loader.nds(g003_minigame.*) OK
TouchPod(G003) Of course, OK
TouchPod(M3DS) Doesn't startup
m3r4.dldi NG
B0 command(used as "R4 jumper check"): 0x1FC(R4 chinese)
CD command(used as "M3 region check", R4iRTS CD command is hacked for QuadBoot): 0x053(unknown)
M3Sakura 1.44: Kaura /system/sakura.eng launcher IO doesn't work (means Doesn't startup)

Conclusion: I cannot think GMP-Z003 as M3iZero. I won't recommend it to anyone because Quad-Boot doesn't work.

they changed a few things, so only the latest fw(latest fcore, latest sakura, and 2 latest touchpod versions) will work with the new model.

many of the firmwares you listed are hacked/unofficial firmwares based on outdated firmwares/loading mechanisms.

only "problem" you listed there that is truly a bug is the homebrew problem in m3sakura.
multi boots(quad-boot/isakureal) aren't official, and anything with R4 or itouch in the name isn't even supposed to work on any m3real/m3izero

blocking Kaura could mean that they have canceled it permanently

it doesn't block anything, they just haven't updated kaura for the new hardware(yet)

the reason for the hardware upgrade is to block itouch, r4rts, kaura since they can't do it with firmware updates
why block kaura since it's an official firmware? because kaura has been killed, but yet people could still run new games off it using the Sakura update files, so that's why they also blocked it

The M3i_Zero_Firmware_G003_SH1_v1.42.00.zip or the M3GUpdaterPlus_142.nds are for 3DS compatibility with M3i-Zero GMP-Z003.
Also the new F-Core 1.7.2
