I bought my games, I want homebrew, game mods/translations. Full 3ds exploitation. Thrust me, yes there is a lot of pirate here, but not everyone is.

I didn't played Edgeworth yet.
With new content I didn't meant Dual Destinies, but Phoenix Wright Trilogy , e-shop exclusive game, that reunites the 3 games on one game. It has new content or better graphics? (comparing it with DS games) Anyone knows?

Some may not be able to afford said games at the moment, but would buy them later, others may be interested in a try before you buy type of situation. I personally just can't be arsed to carry a shitload of game cards around and have my eshop games on one of my 3DS consoles instead of both. And don't forget region free.

It's much, much more than that... It's the thrill of breaking through encryption just to run unsigned code, to not only play homebrew but install it via cias. Plus, I know many people who legit only play back ups. Gateway has a game backup thingey for that very reason.

You raise a good point and I respect you opinion, but people will do what they want. I bought a Gateway mainly because I want to modify my gen 6 pokemon. The bonus for me is that I can play all my other games without changing the cart. There are many of us that do respect the devs and pubs too! But your plea falls on a lot deaf ears.
