This seems like a "collector's only" type of thing but even then collector's would probably look at Ebay or anywhere else other than Gamestop for collectibles.
Any regular consumer can buy most of these games between Virtual Console, eShop, PSN Store, whatever and play them just as well. If you wanted collector's copies you're better off going to auctions, pawn shops, your Salvation Army stores, or using Ebay as I said before.
