Hacking Games Aren't showing up :/

At first, I tried to add a new game but it wouldn't update so I deleted all the games and now it won't update with any game I put (even the ones that were there before.)
UGH, how do I fix this?

Reformat (full) msd and copy system files and roms.

What type of R4 cart do you have? Does it have a webaddress on the front and if so what is it?
