Duct tape?

Anyway, glad to see the problem was found.

Ah, well actually I got it. I have a boombox. And, I took the back end of my 'Cube and shoved it up against the right speaker and it hasn't shut off for a few minutes now. :D

Edit: Oh my god, I'm playing the Fantastic Four again; that game is awesome...

Well, if the problem is with the cord, you could just get another cord. If the problem is with the actual jack on the system, you could open up the system and repair/replace the port. Or you could just keep using the boombox and hope that whichever the bad part is doesn't deteriorate further.

Hey, as long as it works, I'm okay with its setup. It hasn't shut off between now and 12:30, which is a good few hours for me.
