recently played a lot of naruto, mario party8, new mario, dokapon, wii party

dont like the mario party 9 -.-

is there some other games for 3-4 player thats is fun ? doesnt need to be a partygame...

I assume you mean locally (not online). If so:

Goldeneye has good splitscreen Multiplayer (even the otherwise bad game Quantum of Solace).
Smash Bros is amazing.
Pro Evolution Soccer is excellent if you are into football/soccer.
DK Barrel Blask is surprisingly fun.
I've heard that Need for Speed Nitro has an interesting twist: Players that are out turn into cops. But I personally didn't like the game.
What I do like in terms of racing is Nitro Bike. It's from the same developer as Excite Bike 64. If you can live with the poor graphics. ;)

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
