Misc FTPii: Lost connection

Hello!

When i transfer from my pc to my wii using ftp-client like Filezilla, the transfer stops after like 5-10 mins..

On the Wii screen there is no "connection lost" error or anything, it just hangs and i have do a hard-reset to get the wii going again. The Ftp-client alerts with "lost connection" just before the Wii hangs/freeze.

Im transfering to a harddrive connected via usb on the Wii. Using FTPii version 0.0.22

Any suggestions what makes the transfer stop and the Wii hang/freeze/crash?

I have the same problem myself. I gave up on ftpii, and use Wiixplorer. It still gives up every now and then, but it doesn't seem as bad as FTPii. Well at least on my setup it's not.

I've got Wiixplorer set up to start FTP every time I load it. I have found that it's better not to have wiixplorer in the same folder I'm messing about with in my ftp-client.

Ah thanks, i will try that. Did not know Wiixplorer had FTP, thanks again =)
