Won't fix Fixing "fake quoting"

What i mean by that, is shit like this:

you can basically quote someone, in a thing they didn't say

That is very hard to enforce if you also want to keep the ability to only quote what you are responding to, possibly summarise something, fix a typo or poor phrasing/grammar, add a section in square brackets to keep context if trimming, tweak something for comedic effect...
