Gaming First look at Mario WiiU?

There is other details in SMW that we cant forget: yellow turtles, ! Blocks, yoshi coins, design or fireflower (I don't liked at time) and P balloon,

I wonder what of these elements we will see

Is it just me or do the graphics look like New Super Mario Bros on the Wii? I hope by the time the WiiU is released the visuals look better than in the trailer. We will finally have HD graphics and the games should deliver. We all know that gameplay has been solid with Nintendo, but finally we will get great visuals as well.
