Hacking Fire Emblem Shadow of Valentia won't boot

I have a EUR N3DS with A9LH and Luma3DS and latest FW.
Fire Emblem Shadow of Valentia US cia won't start (stuck on 3DS logo)

Is there any fix?

Where did you get the CIA? That iso site or from that title keys site? An infinite 3DS logo means the game needs the seed, which won't be available until the 19th aka release date.

Only real fix for now: either wait for the release and proper cia, or wait and buy the game.

It shouldn't be a region problem until DLC comes into play, as Luma automatically has region unlocking. Did you install the preload version first?

I have my preload verison on my 3ds but will not play much until tomorrow.

At this moment ciangel doesn't have fire emblem echoes for europe.
I think it is the best to just wait a moment, but can I just download the usa version because of luma's bypass region lock ?
I don't know if this is the right disscusion in this topic, so sorry if so

The EU version is on that iso site already. Just use that.

The creators of CIAngel (and freeShop for those curious) have no control over what they have. The EU version of the game can't even be found on that title keys site yet, so give it some time.

The title key is out. It's not encrypted yet. You can download it and encrypt it using Decrypt9 to get it using CIAngel.

I downloaded it off CIAngel, and I'm stuck in the same place. I thought CIAngel pulled it directly from the eShop? What's the deal?? Maybe I'm just a scrub.....
