Homebrew eshop not working on 10.30 emunand

Does this trick work if I have a Japanese console?
This was converted to EU

That's how I went.
1) Have installed Japan system and have deleted the NNID account (in Japan E-SHOP). I entered the serial number.
2) Now I have an error message: 005-5602

Only if you exchange motherboard (ie motherboard of EU console).
