Like is there a gameboy emulator that takes advantage of the faster CPU on DSi

There's GameYob, which is improved with TWL clock speed.
An example is the title screen from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, where it runs half-speed in DS mode, but is full speed in DSi mode.

The neods runs at 60 fps but with graphical glitches, how could it be fixed?
