Groepaz has taken over DVDtool for the time being,

i've cleaned up the dvdtool source, added a windows port, added gc specific memory unlocking, added console/drive detection, improved timing, added automatic resync/retry, fixed the clock related problems ...

And here's the binary if you'd like to try it:
