i have a question: why 3+?
for toys we can say the kids will play it in their mouth or something but what about games? maybe they will not fully make use of the game as it is required

The new VENOM/SUXXORS releases have intros again, so I made another set of intro skip hex edits.
Skipping Smart Kids Mega Game Mix intro: open the ROM in a hex editor and change the byte at address 8558F from 1A to EA.
