Alright playing it again. As long as I force myself to take it easy, it's more enjoyable...just because I can raise 7 of the bastards at once doesn't mean I have to...

I wrote a full walkthrough for Dusk/Dawn. I'm not a Digimon fan but the game was pretty fun.
Hopefully this one would be better than the previous ones, the screenshots made me think the genre is changed to more of monster breeding and less exploring but need to find out.

can you command your digimon to do specials or such or is the only battle interaction limited to catching opposing digimon?

When you choose which Digimon to fight you have an option to set priorities.
Options are Normal Attack, Special Attack, and Support.

When you complete your picture book or whatever, apparently you can control one of your Digimon in battle.
Apparently.

just played about 15 minutes of this game, im a pretty big digimon fan...but im kind of disappointed with this game...still gonna play it, still gonna finish it....just too bad it aint as good as the other 2 digimon games on the ds

Censoring is bullshit, really. This is not the kind of game requiring any kind of censoring... I would know many games right out of my head deserving such a treatment. What goes about the game, yeah my review also put it into the "for hardcore fans only" section. It's very boring unless you dig the very first digimon game for the PSX. All others are going to be bored fast.

You need to increaase your tamer rank to be able to make megas. Theres a faq on gamefaq boards that lists the requirements to evolve.

Oh bloody hell it's freaking Tamagotchi and training decreases one other stat to the point alternating trainings are pointless.
So far I'm maxing out HP and Attack, my TP/Wisdom/Defense are pretty much cannot be decreased any further =/
Hopefully I get to buy better training stuff later on.

For some reason, every time I play this game on my G6DS Real, save, then play another game, it wipes my save file clean... I have to start over every single time!

What's the save size for this game? Has to be over 512kbytes, since all my other games work fine...

I've gotten to Tamer Rank 5, and I don't feel like starting over EVERY SINGLE TIME i wanna play FF4, lol

I find it a little too easy, opponents have basically stock stats.
In two years I lost a single match and that was a Champion only 3v1 battle against a whale thing. I didn't have 3 Champions so I just pitted two of mine against it. Both of mine got wiped out after taking away ~80% of the whale's HP.

Just beat this game today was'nt to hard I enjoyed it ending is total crap anyways if anyones stuck and want to have all the best stat equipment heres my Save file for it.
