Downloaded Game Installs To Hdd When I Open It

so my copy of skate 3 is not working and lost my disc for crysis 3 so i downloaded a copys and copy it to the hdd from my usb stick using Mutiliman
but when i run the game both start installing data to the hdd even tho game is already on the hdd and not reading from a disc

is there a way to bypass this because wont the game then take up more space on the HDD?

Some games will install game data to the internal hdd before you can play it regardless. If storage space is an issue, I suggest installing a bigger hdd inside the PS3, up to 1.5tb max size.
