I am planning on buying a psp in the upcoming days,but in games that have online functionality such as pvp,are people still online?,is it rare nowadays.

Yeah, it's rare. there only few people. I also cannot play online cause of some technical problems. But, I still want to try out the online gaming.
it's rare to find a group online, I'd suggest fining a online community or something
