Hacking Do NPUB/NPEB versions of game work with SPRX menus on GTA V?

I found a mod menu that says it works with BLES. I was gonna download GTA V off of NoPayStation only to find out it doesn't have BLES, only NPEB. Would it still work since its still a European copy, or does it have to be BLES? Mod menu is Power V21, running on latest rebug CFW.
