So my friend gave me his old Wii to try and fix, and it just has this weird display issue. The screen is very dim, a bit pixelated, and there's almost like a heat wave effect going on. I have attached some comparison pics and a short video clip with my good Wii and the Wii being discussed. The camera doesn't do it much justice but hopefully you get what I'm trying to show.
I tried my video cable cable and my power supply as well, and the issue persists.
