I played the new Mario game (I didn’t know it was leaked before the release day) and I was wondering if someone got blocked in the past from playing a leaked game on emunand, while having all the recommended block features that are recommended in this forum.

Not possible as long as you don't allow your emuNAND to connect to Nintendo servers.
