Can people who own modded gear drop them to other players in game even if their switch is not modded?

If so, are there anyone on this forum who is willing to help me get some modded gear or crafting mats as my switch is not modded (its a new version bought just a month ago). Been playing diablo 3 on pc till para 4000 and i cannot be bothered to do the same on switch.

I would appreciate anyone who is willing to help me.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
