Hacking CWcheat and LoH: Trails in Sky SC Help Requested

Hi guys, I have been using CwCheat codes/cheats in "LoH: Trails in Sky SC" and am hoping you guys can help me with this:

The codes for Max Stats don't seem to be working for me. I have tried the following codes:

_C0 Estelle STR MAX
_L 0x1045bbe4 0x0000270f

_C0 Estelle DEF Max

As long as the codes are active, they seem to work. But, I am wanting to have/use max stats on my Vita version of game. What I did was apply the codes on PSP version, save game, transfer save to Vita and played from there. The codes seemed to last for 1 battle, but then would revert back to normal. Anyone know if there is something I can do about this, are there other codes that make stat changes permanent? Thoughts and help GREATLY appreciated

Did you try an experience or level adjust code? Some reason you need to use stats codes?
They might be getting reset because base stats are fixed based on level.
