Perform this procedure.

Uninstall Themes file generated by the themes store with ID 0004008c00008F00. This file is generated when you access and install a theme nintendo. You can uninstall it more securely by the settings panel 3ds he has an icon with yellow folder icons and pink and an icon of musical note.

After uninstall the file put the SD version of the CIA CHMM2 with folders theme and CHMM Localization folder.

Use the FBI to install the CIA version.

Download the Homebrew program called DSP Firmware Dumper here - LINK
Run the Homebrew and run the DSP FirmDump order to install CHMM2 Sound plugins.

Shock absorber make this process activate your WI FI and enter the CHMM2 hopefully your problem will be fixed.

I edited the cursor color and redid the borders left them smoother in the corners.
This process took some small pixels that were appearing with dark green.
I made a new process of creating textures that leaves them without error.

Yes and it so that the image is not 100% identical ta more on google image name was Deadman Wonderland Shiro.
