Apparently I need to extract the save with Savegame manager GX. I downloaded that ad I can't get it to work properly. I think it's trying to extract to USB but I'm using SD and cant work out how to make it extract to SD.
Also, some tutorials suggest I need the NTSC disc to recompile the files after converting them. My NTSC copy of MPT is the eShop version.
I'm so confused please help! I'm selling my PAL version and I don't want to have to download someone elses save to reunlock things (though I suppose that would help with the friendvouchers content).
