Homebrew Control Windows From My DS?

Hello, I Know there was a App I think it was called Win To DS that used a .exe to control windows from your DS and I recentely got a new PC because my hard drive was corrupt and I can't seem to remeber the name if I google Win To DS download I don't get anything relavent.
