Why is it that liberals blatantly ignore contributing factors to climate change?

We have a sun and moon that influence the climate. We have volcano's and weather patterns that we can't control that influence our climate.

Why are these things ignored and all the blame goes to carbon gasses? That's not living in reality!

So all of the evidance that shows a massive spike in greenhouse gases since the Industrial Revolution and introduction to cars is just what? Scientists know that natural factors have always contributed to slow climate change, this has been measured and documented. The issue is that the process of climate change has been rapidly sped up in little over 200 years, which is not normal nor healthy for the planet. If you have evidance that counters the countless scientists and experts, then provide it.
And yes, there's plenty of evidence that shows humans have created this massive spike due to our output of greenhouse gases
