well,i play the todomachi 137 and try add dlc for shin megami tensei IV by going in "install cia",open the game and freeze in black,funny yet,the fps got slow! lol

opposite side from blast master zero for update 1.3,got the version Number on the tittle and even in the game icon on citra,but i can't acess the dlc to play with shantae... : /

Edit: To Go To The DLC File It's Almost the Same way to the Save game,but back from "00040000",back,"tltle" here is the DLC content pastes,like this:

it's just for someone to know and to delete the DLC if the game don't open for ya! o/ ;)
Eh. Iirc, DLC files don't go to 00040000. All DLC files(which are actually on .cfa format after installing the .cia) will go to 0004008c.

Also, there's already a document about the 3DS files in 3dbrew.

Take note that game saves located in 00040000, updates(NOT DLCs stuff) located in 0004000e, and DLCs located in 0004008c.

Games such as FEFates and Shovel Knight's new content like Revelations or King of Cards and Spectre of Torment AREN'T considered as Downloadable Content but rather ingame features that you can actually unlock if you have another save file for Birthright or Conquest or finish the whole game.

Also, I heard that some people misunderstood Pokemon Game Updates as DLCs. Have to point that out that it's actually an update and not DLC. Smash Bros 3DS' Duck Hunt Stage is NOT also DLC by any means as the stage will activate once you install the latest update. No need to buy one DLC to unlock that stage. Same goes to Wii U Version and its Miiverse Stage.

Im pretty sure DLC arent implemented in citra (yet) bcuz tickets for the DLC arent saved. I had a semi-working implementation but i havent touched it bcuz im working in texture upscaling :P. Maybe i'll get that to work again

Someone link me something that plays MHXX? Nightly/canary dont run the game well on my system i7 7700k gtx 970.

same thing here,sometimes,MSVC runs well,but it's very rarely that happen,stick with mingw for now if you wanna have some speed...

A question for people who make the builds with the "addticks" function: How difficult would it be to add per-game config files like in other emulators?

Because different games need different numbers to play FMVs at full speed, and they usually require some specific number in order to run 100%. For example, Pokemon Sun needs around 18000 for the intro FMV to play at full speed, Monster Hunter Generations needs 21000, but running Pokemon Sun with 21000 makes the FMV run at half speed. And some games behave weirdly if addticks is anything other than 0, but Pokemon won't even start if addticks is 0, the FMV gets stuck.

The default of 10500 seems to work fine for most games, as far as the game actually starting goes, but still there's the speed issues, not to mention Bravely Second, which just locks to a lower framerate.

Try my texscale build it has an auto FMV speedup builtin its not a general tickspeed hack as it specifically targets the video threads and speeds it up so the rest of the game stays stable. As for your question i remember valentincanelslande had something like that but idk.


Citra - Tachibana Unnoficial Builds

Heya i tested some of my games and it seems stable enuf so im releasing it here so u guyz can test it.

Stuff in the build:
- Texture upscaling
i found a way to not upscale video. Some textures are still low res i already have the solution but its still buggy​
- Speed up
FMV hack and a generally better performance. Theres no tick speed hack because that isnt a stable fix. I already have an idea of how to speed games up correctly but its still buggy maybe next build
Stuff in other unofficial build not in the build (yet):
- Software keyboard
- Background color selector
- Cheats

Texture replacement would be so cool.
I downloaded your build, and while it runs Monster Hunter Generations slightly slower than the build I was using, it runs other games faster or as fast, specifically in Pokemon Sun, there are areas where it went down to 24fps, on yours it runs 100% speed. So I'll probably keep yours for general use and the other one just for MHX.

Edit: I don't know if you're aware of this, but your build doesn't show the game version when a game has updates installed in the game selection icon.
