ROM Hack Citra Emulator (Wifi)

I've seen people play pokemon sun/moon with citra emulator online wifi battles and stuff
but i cant see anywhere how to do it...
anyone know?

Maybe what you saw was a Pokemon Simulator? There a several in the internet to test out your competitive teams before making the effort to create the team ingame

He extracted the replay of the match in the game on his 3ds to inject it in citra and play it that simple there's no wifi support yet
